Terms, risks & artwork license

Permissionless use

When deployed, the contracts are intended to be publicly accessible without an account. You are solely responsible for your wallet, transaction review, taxes, legal eligibility, and compliance with laws that apply to you.

No promised return

Staking does not guarantee income, yield, value, liquidity, or a particular reward. USDG can reach the vault only after real fee collection and successful conversion. Trading activity may be zero and a staker may receive nothing.

Material risks

Smart contracts, custom hooks, stablecoins, routers, RPC services, keepers, wallets, bridges, permanent liquidity bootstrap contracts, and marketplaces may fail or be exploited. Genesis FDV is only a price reference and is not backing. Founder-admin control, unlocked team allocations, snapshot timing, thin real WETH reserves, price volatility, regulatory treatment, and an unaudited launch can cause permanent loss.

Individual artwork license

While you own an eligible Genesis Card, you may display, adapt, and commercially use the artwork assigned to that token. The license excludes the RobinCat name and marks, Robinhood names and materials, collection-wide assets you do not own, and any claim of official affiliation or endorsement. The final pinned license controls if it differs from this pre-launch summary.

Administration and changes

Core supply and economic constants are intended to be immutable, but the founder can perform the explicitly disclosed admin actions and may pause entry or deploy a new system. Interface copy, third-party services, and these draft terms can change before launch. Onchain transactions cannot generally be reversed.

Independence

RobinCat is an independent community project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Robinhood Markets, Inc. Nothing here is financial, legal, or tax advice.
